SUNDAY SWIM TEAM PRACTICES

At ALABAMASWIMSCHOOL.COM, our mission is to promote the sport of swimming and provide a supportive and inclusive community for swimmers of all ages and abilities. We believe that swimming is a lifelong skill that can improve physical and mental health, and we strive to make it accessible to everyone.

Our swim school offers for all those with a busy schedule we offer SUNDAY mornings 8am to 9am SWIM TEAM practice at our swim practice we're able to work with your kids doing the following:

* Refine the strokes * Mechanics * Stars and Turns * Finishes * Teaching the corrected Technique * Learning and practicing using hand-paddles, Pull Bouys, Flippers, (DPS) Distance per stroke, Backstroke finishes and avoiding the most important getting DQ's at the swim meets. (We may be able to offer in town one day swim meets you not need to travel outside the city or State all will be in town more information TBD)

We know parents and childrens having a busy schedule with work and school activities at our swim school we offer the perfect accommodation for all those who are interested to continue practicing on a regular basis. 

We offer this unique program for any age group from 6 years old till 18 years old.

Our coaches are a full certified  and elite by the (USS) United States Swimming, (ASCA) American Swimming Coaches Association and 

(WSCA) World Swimming Coaches Association with over 46 years experience having enough experience with swimmers at any level.

You are interested to join if you already know how to swim and/or if you swim on at local summer swim team this past summer and/or a year around swim team else where we can help you.

We are offering to you at (1 free class) to try out our SUNDAY MORNING SWIM TEAM PRACTICE 

We practice from 8am to 9am one hour only if you're interested just text me to 205-876-0118 send me your inquire 

Cost $185 A month per each child flat rate again your child/swimmer gets a PROFFESIONAL TRAINING 

(NOTE: This Sunday program it's only for a swimmers who they know how to swim if your child/ swimmer it's NOT READY at this time we can offer to you our regular swim school.

A child/swimmer must required to swim without any assistance 100 yards continuously 3 strokes like free, back, breast or fly we also offer a beginner swim team guppy swim practices also we offer on Sundays 9am to 9:30am child will be required to swim at least 2 stokes 50 yards continuously 

Your kids will be working so hard and getting ready for next summer keeping the swimmers in shape and getting ready for the next year competition.
